CAPITEX ROAD BONDING FILLER ADHESIVE

Capitex Road Bonding Filler adhesive is a quality product from capitex and the product is specially designed for Indian roads resurfacing & potholes repair. Our product is in the form of microscopic particles dispersed with aggregates, which act as suspending medium during patch repairs.

Our product is low viscous enough to be applied at different atmospheric temperatures without heating. Its property affects by changes in temperature like hot-applied bitumen; they become hard immediately after fixing.

It is necessary for our product to remain viscous long enough to be spread, it is desirable that the traffic should be kept off the work for 15 Mins after rolling or at least until it is clear that the compound aggregates dried. If it is not possible to close the traffic, then a temporary speed limit of 10-20 km per hour is allowed until the surface dries completely.

2. Require no bitumen Boilers or Special Plant: The cost of field operation in road works is considerably reduced because all that necessary is the pouring cans or spray pumps. For small works or Patch repairs even a Mixer is not requiring, because it is completely readily mixed aggregates ready to use. Easy to apply as it does not require any heating or special boiler or pavers. Hence anyone can do application part easily.
3. Capitex Road Bonding Filler adhesive can be used over wet surface and work can be carried out during the monsoon period as long as the rain is not heavy enough to wash away the film of Capitex Road Bonding Filler adhesive.
4. Capitex Road Bonding Filler adhesive is non-toxic and will not harm the fish or plant life.

The surface or pothole to be repaired must be swept clean of all dust & loose material by air compressor. If dust is more & cannot be cleaned, then it requires a little primer (Bitumen Base) should be brushed over the area to be patched.

Pothole should be cut in square and rectangle shape with mechanical cutter or by chisel & hammer.

Capitex Road Bonding Filler adhesive (Cold Mix adhesive) should then spread evenly with rakes, Forks, or Shovels to the desired thickness & contour allowing for consolidation. After the cold mix has been compacted with the help of wooden or stone rammer. It should be opened to traffic after 15 Minutes or when the cold mix has definitely set hard.
