Kavassu Crystallomix-PG is a high grade integral waterproofing admixture used for both water-proofing and concrete corrosion protection incorporating UK-GTX technology to chemically transform the cement properties by reacting with the cement paste to reduce pore & capillary size. The reaction between Kavassu Crystallomix-PG and cement paste produces a non-soluble crystalline structure throughout the pores & capillaries permanently sealing the concrete. Kavassu Crystallomix-PG waterproofing admixture is treated silica & various proprietory chemical base that reacts in concrete to form insoluble crystalline hydration products in the capillary pores/ capillary tracts of the concrete. These crystalline hydration products are deposited and fill the pores and hairline cracks up to 0.5mm, effectively reduce the permeability of concrete, its capillary absorption and penetration of water and other liquids into the concrete.

Instruction For Use
KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG should be dosed at 0.8-1 Kg per 100 Kg of total cementitious material. As a further instruction the following should be followed by automatic dispenser.Central Mixing:
KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG is required to be mixed with water to form a flowing slurry 25Kg of Powder to 6.5-7 Kg of water. Pour the mixture into the ready mix truck/ batching plant and mix for at least five minutes to ensure good distribution of KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG.Dry Batch Ready Mix Concrete:
Pour the required quantity of KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG to the ready mix truck/batching plant In the ready mix truck, under the batch plants & add 60% of the water with 150-250 Kg of aggregate mix for 2-3 minutes to ensure the good distribution of KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG . Add the remaining ingreidents to the batching plant/ transit mixture as normal practice.Precast Concrete Plants
Add the KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG to the aggregate and sand mix for three min. before adding cement and waterproofing.

Overdosing of KAVASSU CRYSTALLOMIX-PG will result in increased workability and possibly more rapid set. In the case of accidental overdosing check strengths and setting times before stripping forms.Overdosing normally will have no detrimental long term side effects as long as cured correctly with water before stripping forms.
