Primer For Lubrication Of Concrete Pump & Pipeline
KAVASSU EZY PUMP AID is specially formulated anionic polymer for the lubrication of concrete, pumps, hoses and pipeline prior to concreting works.
One pack of KAVASSU EZY PUMP AID is mixed with 30 liters of water either in drum or in the hopper of the concrete pump till greasy condition is achieved. Mix the solution to further 200 Ltr. of water for approximately 2 minutes and pump this mixture through complete pumpline ahead of the concrete.
KAVASSU EZY PUMP AID is a cost–effective replacement for slurries made from bagged cement. It creates a thin lubrication film inside concrete pumps, hoses and pipeline to reduce friction and prevent blockages.
